Interesting interview, thanks for the link.

I'm delighted to read about the clarification of the chief architect role.

What I read about code ownership and testing, though - I think he got that wrong...

Jeff and I had been together for one week, when I attended two of his workshops in Wellington/NZ last year. He is such a tremendous human being. When I say that people like Jim Highsmith are asking him for advice this should say everything to you.
