I'm rather fond of The Art of Agile Development.

James has all reasons to be proud of his book, from what I can tell.

You can see the books I read at http://www.librarything.de/catalog_bottom.php?tag=agile&view=ipreuss

If you tell us more about what you are looking for specifically, I could give more concrete recommendations.

Day by day, what you do is who you become. Your integrity is your destiny - it is the light that guides your way. - Heraclitus
