Do you have any tips on how to implement Agile in a large Enterprise for projects; software development and non-development where they currently use a heavy SDLC waterfall approach?

Kevin,
You can still apply some of the agile practices within the development phase. For example, unit testing and logical iterations (even if they don't get deployed anywhere) are good places to start.
