hi authors,

is Agile | Xp methodology can be used without a team? Let say if I am the only person in my project. if your answer is YES then what are the negative and positive aspects of using these methodologies in that way.

Thanks in advance,

Muhammad,
You can use some practices like test driven development and stories without a team. Others won't work. Pair programming jumps out as one!

In my experience, those XP practices that *can* be done when working alone are still quite beneficial. The only drawback I can see is that you won't get the feedback, incitement etc. that a team gives - but that's orthogonal to whether you are working in an Agile fashion or not.

You might want to take a look at http://xp.c2.com/ExtremeProgrammingForOne.html for a discussion on this topic.

I will try this, to check whether how & where it becomes a pair partner in project.
