Hi. I'm beginning on Extreme Programming. What is the best book to start?

Thanks.

I'd start with Kent Beck's "white book", and then perhaps take a look at the one he wrote with Martin Fowler.

For a managers point of view, "Sam's Teach Yourself Extreme Programming in 24 Hours" is surprisingly good, too.
