That's a complex topic, that I don't have any experience with.

Fortunately, there are people who know much more about it - and they are easy to find if you google for "offshore scrum", which I'd suggest you do! And don't hesitate to ask more specific questions here!

I'd recommend googling "Agile GDD" as well.

There are some companies which are doing it exceptionally well with very good results.
