To follow Agile methodology, any pointers or best practices for continuous builds & integration times, development cycle times? Does have to be complete before following an Agile cycle or can we do something like incremental development cycles within Agile?

From what I understand, agile is an iterative model with very short cycles, so the plan doesn't have to be complete, and the development cycles are incremental in nature. As for the best practices, I'll certainly leave that to Uncle Bob.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
