rlogin on Windows NT

Is there a command in Windows NT that is similar to rlogin of UNIX.
Want to be able to "telnet" from an application on one NT server to login onto another server, hopefully without the user having to sign again. The application is on an RF handheld scanner, so the application screen is either 20x8 or 20x16.

No idea how the specific work, but there is a utility we like to call 'awesome-D', ie RCMD
It allows you to connect to a remote machine, but I can't give you any more details.
