Ora9i App Server

Hi,
I 'm Unable to uninstall Oracle 9i Application Server using Universal installer?And I can't reinstall 9i because the old version is not completely uninstalled . Help plz

Good old Oracle software. You'll probably have to do it manually (assumes Windows OS)...
- Delete all the installed directories from filesystem
- Delete alll shortcuts from your programs menu
- Run RegEdit
- Back your registry (export) just in case
- Delete HKEY/LOCAL_MACHINE/ORACLE
- Search for and delete the Oracle entries which you see in the Control Panel - Add/Remove Panel tool and the Administrative Tools - Services tool
- From My Computer, remove all the Oracle environment variables and remove any Oracle entries from your PATH environment entry
- Reboot and try installation again
