I am a new user of iConnectHere PCPhone 22.214.171.124. The problem is: The audio tuning test passed perfectly, but when I called my parents, they could hear me very well but I couldn't hear them, I couldn't hear the ringing either. I shut down my ZoneAlarm 3.1, shut down yahoo messenger. Also checked my windows audio setting, it was okay. What's wrong then? Network environment: With a router, two computers are sharing an ADSL internet connection. DHCP disabled. Audio environment: Creative Sound Blaster PCI128 in a Compaq Presario 7FR103 box. If you are using the iConnectHere dialer from behind a firewall, we recommend that you complete the Network Settings test, located under 'Tools' on your PCPhone dialer. If the network settings test fails, please select 'Account','Preferences' and then 'Advanced' on your PCPhone. This will bring up our 'Firewall and NAT Detection'. The Call Set-up port 5060 must be open. In the 'voice data port range' field enter a range of consecutive ports (minimum of 100) any where between 16,500 and 65,000 and select 'Find Port Range'. Once we find ports that are available select 'Save Configuration and Exit'. If you are using a personal firewall, please make sure that you adjust your firewall settings to work with the ports you selected on your PCPhone. In addition to the above information, we also recommend that you open ports 0 - 10,000 for TCP and UDP on your firewall. If you do not have the available ports open you will not be able to use the PCPhone dialer.
