Anyone out there know what I need in terms of Apps and hardware to transfer music on audio cassette onto CD ? Thanks.

Its not difficult...if u have a cdwriter. pls do a search on google I did once , the quality is not very good but not bad The links are in home pc and when i reach home i can post that.

What if you have stuff on tape (or vinyl) that is not available on current CDs? Maybe something you taped at a family reunion or a child's first words that you'd like to keep.

this wat i did 1.one end of the jack to stero and another end to input jack on the back of ur pc( sound card) 2. record the songs either in mps or wav( click record and play at the same time) 3. then convert the wav or mp3 to audio cd my fav sw is musicmatch juke box in order to convert wav( click file --convert) i aslo use streambox ripper ( if u dont have that i can send that) hope thsi helps if u have any que pls let me know
