Change BIOS from Windows

My company is in a situation where we need to change a single setting in the BIOS on 500 PC's. Is there a way to do this or a program to use to do this from within Windows XP/2000 or are we stuck visiting 500 PC's personally.

500 machines may not all have the same motherboard/bios configuration, and hence no one-fix-for-all would work, I am afraid.
Anyhow, its defenitly not recommended to flash BIOS with a memory manager running. May be you should also try asking the firms that did motherboards for your machines!
