Hi !
How can I access Cd-Drive from Dos-prompt without knowing the drive letter. I am creating an installer. J2SDK is to be installled from cd-drive. But since installer will run on different computers so I can't specify any drive letter.
Thanks in advance,
Danish

There's an API in Windows to get all drives with their class (harddisk, CD, floppy, etc.).
I don't have a Win32 API reference here so I can't give you the exact function to use (it was a few years ago that I used it, and that from Delphi) so you'll have to do some searching around in your language documentation but it IS possible.
