Is it possible to synchronize the date and time on my Windows XP Tablet, with server on our network?
If so, could someone please help me with this?

you need an NTP server on the network and an NTP client on your PC.
If you have that, it's quite possible.
I synched my PC clock at home with my ISP until they shut down the service for example (guess they needed the bandwidth to handle spam).
