Can't seem to post in Meaningless Drivel without getting a message that there is no Cindy Glass registered. The fields are even loaded from a cookie that has been working just fine up till now. But even re-entering them doesn't work. I got in here though.

Me too!! Only mine was a real response to a real question, nothing so trivial as an MD post. So mine should get fixed first. Dave

The smiley I stuck on the end of that message din't work either and I can't edit it either, so here it is: I only smile like that becasue Cindy is more important than I am and her name should, of course, be fixed first -- getting deep yet??!! Dave
Me too No profile, says - "o longer registered with us" Doesn't accept my password, I guess it's happening with all. Confused - Manish p.s. in fact I have to post it as unregistered.

They're working on it. Frustrating

I re-registered. I hope that doesn't put me back to post one as far as greenhorn status goes. Doh!

Don- that might cause minor problems. I'm pretty sure there are back-up files - but when they're restored, there may be a conflict between the new account and the old one. We might need to just delete all the new accounts created today, to avoid this problem. So don't get too attached to the new account. Note though that I'm just guessing here though - I may be completely mistaken.
Don't tell me it's another server crash and ALL database is gone forever this time Apparently, new registration is possible, but that will replace the previous one, right? - Manish

I just got off the phone with EJIP. Apparently the main Index of Users was corrupted somehow. The good news is all the User files are ok so, they are in the process of restoring this file but, it's pretty big so...
