Vmware problem

Hi all,
I have vmware version 4.5 and was trying to create virtual machine with WindowsXP Professional. I'm installing the system from CD, everything is fine: new partition is created, formatted, installation files are copied, but after restart while installing windows it has error that some file is not accessible, CRC error.

Anyone know how to solve this?

Thanks in advance.

This is not really an answer as I use GSX and ESX servers... which are both based on version 4.0... but did you know that...

There is a forum on the vmware site? They are actually very good. The few times I asked a questions, the answeres were quick and accurate.
