Hi

Can anybody tell me which tool is most suitable for designing forms for
web applications using J2EE.
Also tell me which is the most appropriate back end database server?
Can I use SQL server?

Just be more clear whether u r gonna do that using struts or just using JSP and servlets etc.. normally for the presentation we use the JSP.

Can you please more clear about your requirement?
Do you want to know tools for developing HTML forms?
If yes you can use Macromedia Dreamweaver or MS Front page
