I want to buy good laptop which shouldn't be freeze i have run more than one application at a time or i upload or download big files. I am looking reasonable price around 300-400$. Does anyone knows good website where specials or promotions or discounts going on?

NOt sure about deals, but I found the following link. You may find it helpful since as well as specifying some specific deals, it also discusses the 'must have' areas , the areas you cannot scrimp on, and the areas to upgrade if you find yourself with a little more cash available.

I was going to mention that Dell laptops won't freeze (boom tish - ie that was a joke), but that would be bad publicity and I'm quite happy with mine.
