Hi, I'm about to get a notebook, and I have the choice to get it with Vista, XP, or both on different partitions. So, I've been looking at eclipse.org, tomcat.apache.org, java.sun.com, and they don't say much about vista support. Does anyone know if they run ok on it. What would you do in my place? Thanks a lot, Pablo
I would agree with Gregg. Several sources (eg US department of transport) are refusing to allow their users to upgrade to Vista as their are no imperatives to do so. They further state that there may be real reasons (is their opinion) not to. Add to this the reports about the hardware requirements to use it, and I don't see the point.
