What is meant by View in MVC?Is it different pages like HTML,PHP,JSP?
View change-Does this mean change the page from HTML to jsp or change the data shown in a table to a graphical representation?

View is looking at the data. You could say html is one way of viewing the data, anything that can be understood by a person that is on the screen is a view. View change would ( I think ) imply that it is time to refresh the screen.

Adding to what Nicolas mentioned,

View is the "displaying" or "presentation" aspect of an application whose one and only job is to display the contents given to it. It really does NOT care from where and how the data it displays is obtained.

It is for achieving the "loose coupling" between different components so that maintenance would be easy!

I guess this thread can be in either "Servlets" or "JSP" forums rather than in "General Computing".

If i am right, one of our moderators/bartenders would move this thread to the appropriate forum.
