Does anyone know a good web site editor along the lines of weebly.com that can be used by someone not interested in learning HTML?
Weebly is not an option because one must pay for hosting and the organization in question already has hosting for free set up.

Look for KompoZer, it's pretty decent, though it has its bugs, these bugs probably won't hinder your efforts.
