I want to copy this animation gif file to my local drive, so I can play it locally.

After I get it to local, it only shows the static picture. Any idea?
BTW, it is not copyrighted.

Play it in a browser embedded in HTML or FLEX.

I downloaded the animated GIF and it displays fine and animated in Windows Picture and Fax Viewer and Internet Explorer.
