Change Passwords using JNDI/LDAP

Our application rqeuires users to be able to change their own passwords, and I'd like to do it via JNDI/LDAP if possible.
Does anybody have some ideas as to where I can start investigating this issue. We are using Websphere5 (OS/400) authenicating against OS/400 LDAP server.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
