Resin & SSL

I am using resin-2.1.6 server. My application is running on port 8080. I need to make this app SSL enabled. I need to know the resin.conf configuration and code change, if any, for the following :
1. Enabling SSL
2. Automatically forward http request to https.
On 2, there are 2 possibilities again :
a. Only the login page is https - that is after loggin in it will go back to http.
b. All the pages are https
