I have read the book J2EE Security for Servlets, EJBs, and Web Services, by Pankaj Kumar, before, I feel it is quite good, as it covers most J2EE components. You may check it out from your local bookstores or library. Nick
I just found my bookmark: http://www.j2ee-security.net/ You may get some sample chapter of the book from the above link. It is about Web Services Security. Nick

The Java & J2EE Book of the McGraw Hill/Osborne Hacking Exposed series is a good resource. Here is the book's website

I have published two books on Java security: "Enterprise Java Security" was released only a few weeks ago, published by Addison-Wesley. It covers both J2EE and J2SE security, servlets and EJBs, crypto, firewalls, architectures, Web services, etc. "Java 2 Network Security", published by Prentice Hall PTR in 1999. Marco Pistoia
