I dont know how relevant this question is in this forum, but I didn't know in where else this fits.

Can someone suggest me a good entry level Security related certification. I am mainly interested in Web / Internet Security.

I'm not aware of a formal certification, but if you want to enhance your knowledge in this area, have a look at the Security FAQ. It has a section specifically about web app security.
