This week's giveaways are in the MongoDB and Jobs Discussion forums. We're giving away four copies of Mongo DB Applied Patterns and 4 resume reviews from Five Year Itch and have the authors/reps on-line! See this thread and this one for details.
Fellow ranchers, As C-Day(Certification Day) approaches I'm just trying to make sure I avoid all of the pitfalls of dumb mistakes on the exam. I've noticed on some of the mock exams I'll make between 3-6 dumb mistakes. Which could make the difference between being a SCJP or a sad attempted SCJP. I define a dumb mistakes as errors that are made even though you know the correct answer but are done in haste. So does anyone have any advice? Also I've noticed that I seen to do better with code based questions as opposed to theorical. Has anyone else noticed this? Any advice to help me contain my nerviousness? Regards, Travis M. Gibson (Future SCJP - Nov. 19, 2000)

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to
run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
