Hi Friends,
I cleared the SCJP2.0 on 3rd january with 41 /59 correct score. I am a non-Programmer and Ex. M.Tech. from IIT-Delhi(Mechanical Engr.).
I am highly grateful to all the Moderators here, all folks helping me out here. Special thanks to Maha Anna for her nice collections of Discussions List and Mock Listing. Special Thanks to Ajith and other Moderators here.
You are doing a great job here.Keep it up gentleman.
I did lots of study in the last 6 months as I had no-experience what-so-ever in any OOPs/programming language.
MY TIPS::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
1.Don't be too cautious about tricks.There may not be so many tricks as you could find in Mock Exams. It kills lot of time.
2.In Threads I faced at least 6 code(all 18-25 lines)-based Q.Hence My tips are(a)go through Maha's Thread collection.(b)Go through jGuru's Collections.(c)Download each and every codes from Threads forum (there is a separate forum here) ..and do lots of coding
3.For oops..Bruce Ecckel is a must.
4.Mughal's book is the best.Next RHE.I did not study any other books.So no comments
5.Mocks are still relevant.
6.At least 45/59 are code based.But not to worry.As Most of them are 8-10 lines.
7.I will add moreright now.For all the mocks visit my page List of al 45 Mocks
And good luck to al of you friends.
