Hi, I passed the SCJP exam yesterday with 93% .The exam is easier than what I expected. I refered two books 1."complete java 2 certification study guide" written by Simon Robers,Philip Heller and Michael Ernest and 2.Khalid Mughal, which is really a useful book. Thanks to this site (Other sites are also good but if you want to score high -javaranch is the best site) ,and specially thank to Cindy, Bill, Jane and Maha. Thanks again. Ishaan
Was Mughal's exam harder than real exam and real exam harder than RHE?
How much time did you take for completing the first round of exam?

Hi Ritesh, Thanks for the wishes. In my opinion Mughal is better as he explained everything in detail and with examples. RHE is in brief, easy language but he missed some topics. Real exam is easy and straight forward. I think Mughal exam is good and if you are able to answer his question you can do well in real exam. JQplus is very close to real exam. I did Jqplus, Marcus Green, JavaPrepare, JavaCaps, Maaji, Abhilash, Poddar, Parikosh, Exam Cram, William Brodgen. Thanks Ishaan [This message has been edited by Ishaan Mohan (edited March 05, 2001).]
Thanks Rosie and Pooja. Following are the scores of different mock exams that I took. Marcus Green 1 93% Marcus Green 2 88% Marcus Green 3 83% JQplus 1 68% Jqplus 2 73% JQplus 3 78% JQplus 4 81% JQplus 5 83% JQplus 6 81% Jqplus 7 83% Random Test 88% In second round I mostly score in 90+. In a very Hard Test I scored 71%. I mostly scored in 70-80's in all mocks (first round). I failed in applied reasoning (58%). Don't go on scores, try to learn from mocks and concentrate on weak areas. Thanks. Ishaan
