Use the entire 2 hours!! I finished the exam in 1 hour and used the second hour to review every question. As I re-read the questions, I found that I had made several mistakes, which I fixed and increased my score. Good Luck!
Hi Tejas, Have you read the JavaRanch Certification FAQ? Ajith provides a list of Tips & Tricks for the exam. Best of luck! ------------------ Jane Griscti Sun Certified Programmer for the Java 2 Platform
Relax, Relax, Relax. I just got an 88% on Thursday. When I started the test, I was so nervous that all of the questions really seemed hard or impossible. Once I calmed down, I realized that it wasn't much harder ( yes, it was a little harder ) than the mock tests that I had taken. Just relax and treat it just like a mock exam. GOOD LUCK !!
1. Be Confident, calm (take a deep breathing), you already close to the last step. 2. Review all/most of thread, inheritence/overloading/overriding Questions. Oh! I mean just review those a little tricks but not too trick (anyway, there is a trick, almost you answer wrong at the first time) but some just very usual Questions. 3. Exception, gc, Shift, collection, IO, just a couple very regular Questions. 4. forget those main(), int x,int x..., those too usual seen Questions. get rid of those too rigid, too unusual, and too..., sorry, it's alreay out of my head. Above suggestions are just personal experience, does not represent all possible situation. ------------------ Sun Certified Java Programmer 2
