i am planning to answer JCP on 14th April. I have given almost all the mock exams which are there on site of Maha. in all the exams my average score is 88 - 90. i am getting 90 - 95 in JQ+.
Please give your opinion on my preparation.

Revati , don't worry about what others say. Be confident. Don't get nervous. Work hard. You will come out with flying colors , that's for sure.
So , expecting a great news from you.
BTW , you are from mumbai. From where , you are giving the exam. I mean which center. Bitech. Boston. Aptech ,which ?
All the very best for the exam. you will win the day.

All the best Revati, you sure are well prepared!
I have registered my exam for the 27th April, hope I won't have to re-schedule...
Kriti, JCP is not Java Control Process, it is Java Community Process, a sort of a consortium, where anyone (even individuals) who think they have an idea for a new technology, or a way to enhance a existing technology can contribute their expertise by becoming a lead in that particular Process.
eg. Nokia and Motorola are the leads for the J2ME JCP.
Javaranch Sheriffs, please correct me if I am wrong(I don't think so)

Hi Revathi,
You are. I would say that you are very well prepared. You wont have any problem coming out with a good score. Dont get nervouse. The questions are much easier than JQPlus and they are'nt very tricky tooo. Best of luck.

You'll be fine - I agree JQ+ questions were signifcantly more difficult than the actual exam.
Good Luck!
cheers,
