Hav Not Received My Certificate even 32 days after the exam

I passed the SCPJ2 exam on the 17th of April and even today after 32 days I have no idea about the whereabouts of my certificate. I checked up my address at galton.com , it is correct and there is no mailed information in my fulfillment history either. I am a little worried. Is this normal? Kindly let me know. When should I expect the certificate. I have already posted an enquiry to Sun Microsystems from galtons FAQ and have given them my e-mail . Is there anyone else I need to contact. Can anybody help? I took the exam and passed it on 5/3/01. I too thought that 2 weeks should be enough time to receive the certificate but have not got it. Please tell me what this galton.com is. I tried going to that website, but am getting error. How do I contact Sun about my certificate? Thanks. Parimala.
Galton is the site that houses Sun's certification database. As for Sun's response time... I'd mail them again, just to be sure. I don't know how their contact mail works on that site, but it never hurts to just quietly inquire now and again.
