This week's book giveaway is in the Agile and other Processes forum. We're giving away four copies of The Mikado Method and have Ola Ellnestam and Daniel Brolund on-line! See this thread for details.
Hello World. I passed SCJP today with 89%. When studying for the exam, I mainly used Roberts & Heller's Study Guide and Brogden's Exam Cram. I found those quite insufficient for the real exam, though. It is importable to do as much mock exams as you have time to; from those I learned a lot of little things that weren't covered in the books. The difficulty of the real test was about the same level as most of the mock exams I did; however, one surprise was that there was a LOT more questions on I&O in the real test than in most mock exams. Be sure to review I&O things before taking the exam! --- Ville Peurala

Thanks, Girish! My next project will be to learn UML for the IBM test 486. Do you (or anyone else) know any good resources for that? --- Ville
