Hi, I called Sun Australia to buy my exam voucher today. The lady then sent me an e-mail "form" requesting personal/contact/credict card details by e-mail. I e-mailed them again and was told that they could not accept payments over the phone "for security purposes" but that I could fax them.. Is this the normal procedure? Is it safe to e-mail the cc details? Could anyone who bought a voucher in Australia confirm this or suggest an alternative... Thanks. regards, Jyotsna

Recheck the 1-800 number at http://www.2test.com/index.jsp Or http://www.vue.com/ Sending Credit card via email is insane ! If Sun Australia is near where you live go in person if possible! Make an appointment too !

Thanks, Erich. Unfortunately, I'm too far away from Melbourne or Sydney to do it in person. I will either fax the details or send a bank cheque. regards, Jyotsna PS Thanks for Prometic's number too.

Jyothsna , if you feel that your critical information is not secure , then you better send it by cheque or any other secure means. Your Friendly Bartender Shailesh. [This message has been edited by shailesh sonavadekar (edited July 23, 2001).]
