Hi, I have a test schedule this afternoon. But when I came to the test site, the door was closed and nobody was there? I called several times but only the answer machine was replying. I waited more than forty-five minutes then left. I do not know what happened and how to handle this. Do I need to confirm the test before the test date? (I have already received the confirmation from prometric. I need some help. Thanks.

That is strange!. I wonder in which country you are taking the test?. As far as I know once you schedule the test date with prometric you don't have to confirm it. You only get in touch with them in case you want to reschedule. I would suggest you to call the main prometric number right away and let them know what happened. Hope they let you take it without paying again for it. Good luck!.

Hi, Badshah, Thank you. My test site is in Virginia. I'll call prometric next Monday (They only work M-F). Hope everything will be OK. I'll let you know the result.
