It is very important to get a high average on all Mock Exams before one appears for the Cert. An excellent source for mock exams are found on Java Ranch's - Certification FAQs. Here you will find Maha Ana's recommended exams. Vel's notes became my portable Study Notes. My averages: JQPlus - 68% JWhiz - 67% MarcGreen - 76% RoundUp - 91% SCJP2 score- 67% Thanks go out to all my family, friends and online advisors. Special thanks to Marcus Green, Maha Ana, Velmurugan Periasamy, Paul Anil, Jane Griscti.

Next step?? ummmm...Employment would be very helpful, you know, to pay those 2 yr old bills I'm networking IT contacts right now. One company wants me to learn Visual Age. Problem is head office is in NY so the project is held up right now. I thought it would be good to learn XML first, but I'm open for ideas.

Hello, Percy. How are you? I finding out that VisualAge is good to know especially in IBM shops. So, becoming an expert with that definitely won't hurt. Donald

Congrats Percy ! I am really happy to see your posting today (I didn't visit javaranch for the last few days as my son was sick, hence the delay in congratulating u). Hard work, determination, perseverance and persistence will never go waste. The exciting world of J2EE is waiting for u and explore it. Once again hearty congratulations. Padmaja
