hi Shailesh!!
I appeared for the test nearly two weeks ago and found that it was not as tough as i had thought...so don't mess ur mind with worries...the questions will be straight-forward....ur fundamentals should be good.....the test doesn't suppose u an expert on java....keep ur cool and if possible, forget the world for two hours...if so, then u will get what u are looking for...some questions may be long so don't create panic in mind.. the error would be much obvious and easy to decide... applets and painting are not part of SCJP.. so don't waste time on these things.
In java.util package, u just need the basic theory type knowledge..always check the class declaration(if there is any) in every code based program at first.
hope it helps.
ashok.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
