Special Thanks to Javaranch,MarcusGreen, Rossean, Valentin and Micahel...
I will tell you my experience...
I have don't have any coding experience in Java before..
I started learning java 2 months back.. I started preparation for JCP on 14th September.. today 22nd and I made it..
Exam is not tough as i expected..
What I have done for JCP:
1. I Completed RHE in 15 days..
2. Simultaneously I completed MacrusGreens Tutorial, very useful for Exam.. Don't Miss it..
3. I read Rosseane Zhang's Java China, FAQ very good.. Don't miss this FAQ, It is very useful for Exam..
4. Studied IO/Threads, Exceptional Handing from Mughal..
I will give assurance that if you go through Mughal for IO, You will definitely get 100%..
5. I have taken total 5 mock test..
Jtips- I Got 60%,62%,
Marcus Mocks.- I got 80%,82%,89 %..
Thats all I have done....
Once again Thanks lot..... To all my Javaranch friends for help..
regards,
Suresh

Dear Friends,
Thank you for your warm wishes.. Next month I am writing Japanese Language Level-4 exam.. I need your wishes for this exam also...
Can anybody advice which is best Java Certified Developer or SJCWD.. Which one more appropriate to take after SJCP2. I don't know about these certifications...

Small advice for those who are appearing for exams.. I scored only 50% in AWT,Collection, Lang Package.. I neglected these sections.. So please carefull with these sections.. Don't neglect.. I got 5 questions in AWT...
Dear Manish: RHE book very easy to go through it is in very simple language.. I managed to study study one chapter everyday.. So I completed in 15 days.. I spend 5-6 hrs everyday for these 15 days...

regards,
Suresh.

Cool
I agree, it's a very nice & easy book, I've been referring to it intermittently these dys, but due to workload haven't had enough time to read it chapeterwise. However, got inspired from your post, read some part yesterday. I am planning to finish everything except big three (IO/Threads/AWT) by this weekend. This long weekend will help. Can you give me Rosseane Zhang's FAQ link? Is combination of RHE/Mughal enough for IO/Threads?
I spend 5-6 days everyday for these 15 days...

???
I haven't understood this, could you pls. elaborate?
Thanks and all the best for your Japanese Language Level-4 exam.
Regards,
- Manish

Dear Manish,

Rossean's Link:
http://www.webappcabaret.com/javachina/faq/01.htm
For IO Mughal enough.. But for threads, It is better you write code and test yourself.. synchronization, wait(), notify() , notifyAll(), .. Check how join()and yield() method works..
I haven't understood this, could you pls. elaborate?
Thanks and all the best for your Japanese Language Level-4 exam.

Like TOEFL, this is test for Japanese Language Proficiency Test..
There are 4 levels for this exam.. I am writing Level-4, which is beginers level..

I spend 5-6 days everyday for these 15 days...

Sorry for this mistake.. I spend 5-6 hrs everyday..
