Dear fellow Ranchers,
I'm proud to announce that i've passed the SCJP exam today with %84 , It was a really tough marathon but i tried it and finally made it without throwing no exceptions
It's a really cool feeling to become a SCJP and it's even cooler to post this message to you. I've always admired to those people who posted messages after their success and now i'm one of those Let me enjoy it....
First of all i must thank all the people maintaining this great site and to those who are spending a considerable amount of time and sharing their knowledge with others. It's impossible to mention all the names here for me now but i think my preceding sentence summarizes it.
Actually i wasn't too active in the forums by means of posting many messages and replying the others' messages as well...But that was because i had a limited time preparing for the exam (I took it within one month preparation period), so i was mostly occuring in this site in read mode(Rancher user = new Rancher("sezer akyol","r"); ). From now on, i'll be proud to reply questions and contribute to this family...
I have many to tell about the exam but to summarize; It was not an easy exam, but anyway not as tough as i've expected...(By the way i've newly graduaded from the department of computer science)
Enough to tell for this time i think...Now i'm entering the wait state and expecting to be notified by your messages.I'll reply them as soon as i read them...

Congratualtions !!!.
Was wondering which mock tests you did. Also, which mocks out there match the level of difficuly you encountered in the actual exam? Many people say Marcus Green's are too easy. Did you observe this? Would be interested to hear your observations.

Thank you people...
Rosie sorry for latency, I've read the message right now. Actually Marcus's mocks are easier than the real exam but i can say that some of questions are similiar to the real one. To compare, marcus exams (especially the 3rd one) include fewer code based questions than the real exam , and the overall difficulty level is not as much. But anyway they are well worth to solve i think.
The most important thing to consider is to solve as many mocks as you can but not just for the sake of only making mocks. I usually spent approx. 1 hour of time after every mock revisiting the questions, identifying my weak areas according to my false answers, compiling the code fragments and analysing etc etc....
I've made about 15-20 mocks.Other than marcus's, i've made REH book exams (as u know there are 4 mocks in the cd), khalid books exams (I strongly recommend it but when u feel yourself strong in the concepts), jtips and many more...U can find the links to many mocks in this site...
Actually the real exam focuses on threads and io more than my thoughts. You should make those concepts clear in your mind. Also another thing that i observed is; awt questions were very tricky. I was scoring in awt about %85-90 in the mocks but in the real exam it was my weakest area (%50).
I wonder if this is useful...
