Thoughts on Exam

I passed with 66%. I didn't get less than 50% on any subcategory. I was scoring 55-65% on JQ+ before taking the exam. I got 100% on I/O and garbage collection, although I scored poorly in those categories on JQ+.
I definately recommend using the scratch paper as much as possible. It is useful for questions where you have to pick more than one answer. I also used it for tracing the value of variables.
Most of the mock exams had questions where you had to pick 3 or 4 alternatives. Almost all of the questions on the real exam required 1 or 2 checks in the boxes.
I finished with about 15 minutes left. I would not be concerned about time pressure.
