This week's book giveaway is in the Mac OS forum. We're giving away four copies of a choice of "Take Control of Upgrading to Yosemite" or "Take Control of Automating Your Mac" and have Joe Kissell on-line! See this thread for details.
Thanks to all of you, especially who contributed to the SCJP forums. I have some recomendations: - tests by Dan Chisholm are great. They are a little more complex than the actual questions, but they helped me a lot. For example: the questions about unary operators where easy for me in the exam after taking the single topic tests in Dan's site. I took a couple of tests seriously and then I didn't care about the score but only analyzed the questions and played with the code looking for alternatives. Thanks Dan!!! - another good test for me was J@Whiz; you can download a trial version on J@Whiz it includes questions about assertions, and the complexity is similar to the actual test. Also it has a list of tips, that I found very useful. - I have some good summaries that I can e-mail upon request. It was a good experience for me. Now I have to find a job. Good luck to you all... ivt
Congratulations Ivette on your success !! and Good Luck for finding a job !! Regards

Hi, there: The web of Dan Chisholm: http://www.danchisholm.net/ seems doesn't work right now? Could you give the link? BTW, could you give the weight of each part of the exam? Thanks. Paul

Are you trying to access my site from behind a firewall? If so, then the firewall might be the problem. Have you tried connecting from home?
