Ok, Ok, I got impatient waiting for SCJD results and signed up and took SCWCD on impluse. Hey, but it worked.
Registered last Thursday, used Manning book, took the mock tests on the javaranch link page.
That's all folks!
Once again, thanks to javaranch! It's a fun place to be!

Hi Aruna,
Congratulations .
Are you already working in the topics related to JSP and Servlet....because I have seen you asking about the books to be followed and stuff like that just about 10 days back... Its quite an achievement

Wow,
Nice going.
Was there a major shift in thought between the two?
What do you consider the added-value ?
Nice score!
regards

Hi All,
SCWCD is a lot of memorization. I didn't have to even try out any examples from the book, they were pretty easy to understand.
SCJD was more fun to work on, I prefer doing projects to studying a lot. SCJD also took me about 3 weeks, the hardest thing was knowing when to stop and knowing when all the requirements are satisfied. It's more about a developemnt process.
If you have 1 week to do some serious studying, SCWCD is pretty easy to get through. Now, there are people that scored much better than me in SCWCD (upper 90%) but I think they also prepared a lot more.
