Hi All, I am throught with my certification qith 93%.Just want share some of my thoughts about it. First of all many many thanks to my Best friend Mayuri Lakhani who is Big Time fan of Javaranch site.She did her preperation with the help of Javaranch itself.She is regular visitor of this site.She was my guide throughout the process of my exam. Secondly nobody else but Share goes to ultimate Kathy Sierra-Bert bates's book.I will really recommand that whoever is thinking of goign for certification......should go definately use this book.Mayuri recommanded this Book to me.& beleive me it worked out really well for me.Main advantages of the Book are. 1.Clarity about the Exam objective. 2.Friendly language. 3.You never feel that you are goign out of the track. 4.Test questions included after each chapter. 5.Main thing is your concepts will become crystal clear after reading the book. 6.I think to score good marks int he exam is just part of it.......but after refering the book you really understand the concept behind every objective. For feedback : 1.String part of the book is good but refer to some more book is to get it clear.Especially about the String pool concept. 2.I got 70% in the test provided along with the CD.dont know why?Dont get nervous even if you score less int his exam.The real exam is kind of easire than this.Passing marks mentioned is 80% for the test included in the CD.Which is kind of high. Everything else in the book is what we need for the exam......its an amezing creation by Kathy Sierra & Bert Bates.Thank you guys for this book. Please give plenty of mock tests after you are done with reading the book.that helps a lot. Rashmi
