Delay in receiving certificates ?

Hello all,
I have cleared the SCJD in Jan 7th with a decent score. Today is Feb 20th and Sun (Pometric) hasn't sent my certificate yet. I wrote an e-mail to pometric asking about my certification status and received the following e-mail.

Unfortunately, certificates for SCEA and SCJD cannot be processed until the i-7 database is fully updated with the results.
We do not know when this problem will be resolved. We are tracking all affected candidates, and will respond when we have resolution.

Anybody else has this problem ? Have you received the SCJD certificate recently ?
