Phew! Finally the hard work paid off. I passed the exam with 96% and got the certificate today by mail Thanks to Kathy Sierra and Bert Bates's study guide and Dan Chisholm's excellent questions on the web. -Shankar

Hi Ankur, Its diffucult to remember as how many questions were there in each topic. But the questions appeared in an order unlike in most of the exam simulators that mixes up the questions. All questions pertaining to particular topic appeared together. For example all thread related questions came first, then all GC related questions, then Language fundamentals etc. I got as many as 6 to 7 questions on threads. One of the greatest advantage in ordered questions is, the objective of the question is quite obvious - for example, you know that the question is trying to assess your knowledge on threads. Once you know this, you'll be concentrating on thread related issues instead say, syntax errors. This way of analysing the questions helped me a lot - you should be able to categorize the questions immediately. I finished my exams almost 50 mins early! If I had spent these 50 mins in reviewing the answers, I would have got a 100%. I was pretty confident that I'll get good scores, so I just ended the exam. I missed one question in Declaration and access contol and one question in Operators and assignment. Hope this helps you. Good luck. -Shankar
