Hi all, Today morning I passed my SCBCD exam and got 91%. I am grateful to God for giving me the wisdom and knowledge.A big Thanx to Kathy and Bert for that excellent book.. it made my life so easy, to study for the exam. And also thanx to ALL the people in the SCBCD forum, esp to Valentin (just waiting for him to come back after his holidays), Nicholas, Marco... just to name a few !!!. Guys.. keep rocking .
Thank you once again for all the answers given for my stupid questions
I too am nearing the last quarter of my SCBCD preparation (I am doing my 2nd run of HF EJB and damn, is it vast and am i forgetful ) and would like to know more about your preparation strategy wrt the mock exams that you took and any other tips that you might deem useful.
Hi Arun, Take it cool.. it's not that difficult. I read the HFE twice. Also, I took notes while I was reading the book. Don't forget to take notes (most important and useful thing i did ), that will help you during the last minute lookup. I did 5 mock exams using INESystems, a couple from jdiscuss.com and all the exams in ejbcertificate.com. Each time I make a mistake, I understand the correct answer and if that's something new, I add that to my notes.
Take the HFE final mock exam only a day or two before u'r sun exam. Well, HFE is fine for you to pass. But if you get time, do read the spec also. After reading and understanding HFE, reading spec will be so... easy. But you may find a few points that HFE may not have mentioned.
Pay more attendtion to EJB-QL and Message Driven beans. Understand each and very line.
