I want to sincerely thank this forum for being there always when I had question. Especially Amol, Kirthi and Chengwei. I really appreciate they visitng this forum and helping others even after completing the certification!!

I studied from HFEJB. The book is too good. I had never thought that Tech book can be made so entertaining...
I am worried now will be possible for me to read any "normal" tech books.

I also read Mikalai Zaikin's notes. They are good.
I did mock exams from soft SCBCD and also their tutorial is very good for last day revision.
I had scored only 69% in HFEJB final mock exam when I gave it just 3 days before the final exam. and hence did not expect to score so well in final exam.

Giving mock exams helped me a lot too.

All the Best to future exam takers!!

Gemini

Opps! I forgot to mention! One of the question related to "Tasks" was having problem.
It was question related to transaction. and it did not show diagram (of which method is calling which method etc) . After clinking the Tasks button it showed some error message about not being able to disply graphics...
I have entered my comment on this one in the exam.
But I had to let it go. ANy way I am very happy with my score.
Hope no one else gets such odd problem.

Hi Amol,
Even I wanted to go for SCEA next. Haven't started on anything yet Looks like SCEA is much more challenging and has got a 'lot' of stuffs to learn and do. Need to work out my time hard for this certification.

Thanks everybody for your Wishes!

Amol/ Keerthi,
You both have done SCWCD, I have not yet done that. But any way now I wont be able to do anything else immediately. Have some other stuff going on...

But I was more inclined to do something in UML. Did some search on it and it does not seem pretty straight either...

All the Best to you for your upcoming plans! Hope I can follow you sometime soon. :-)

Gemini, all,

Have you had previous EJB coding experience (even following the samples from HFEJB) prior to taking the exam? Did it helped you?

I had worrked 2 years back on a project which was using EJB(I did not develop any)

SO I would say , I did not have any EJB experience as such.

You should be fine if you understand the concepts well.
