You can use K&B book . Thats a good resource to start.

K&B is very nice to read on. Khalid Mughal's book has neatly explained theory. These two books are more than enough to start on.

Take mock exams regularly, inorder to get the look & Feel of the original exam questions. Marcus Green's mock test is good. Dan Chisholm's Single topic exams are really helpful.Dont miss out this. Whizlabs exam simulator is also very good.

Dont miss any of the postings on this site. you might get very good tips.

All the best.
