Cleared the SCMAD test yesterday with 82% score. I referred to the following resources while preparing:

1) The site www.scmad.com. It's enough to go through all the stuff here especially the study notes.
2) JMad+ test simulator (trial version). I was surprised to find 4/5 questions from this simulator in the exam
3) Whizlabs SCMAD simulator (trial version)
