Passed SCBCD

Hi Everyone, Although it was in a lackluster fashion, I was able to pass the SCBCD today. I have rescheduled this exam a couple of times after not having any real time to study. I'm still not sure if it's because I know that I will never use EJB v2.0 and unmotivated or if I was just too busy with work (I think it was more the first reason). I've managed to read a chapter here and there of HF EJB and Sanghera's SCBCD certification kit book. Both were very good books and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to take the exam or to learn EJB. My primary goals for taking the exam was to ready myself for the SCEA and have a good background for when I am ready to start that endeavour.

Thanks to Bert Bates, Kathy Sierra and Paul Sanghera for their great books. I have read them sparringly over the last couple of months and did a cram session before the exam yesterday and today. I also looked at and the free WhizLabs trial for this exam. I would recommend that others use these books and tools if they are looking to pass.

My next hurdle is the SCDJWS.

Good luck for all those people out there studying!

in my opinion the it is not just difficult..but not having a study guide..and also..huge..specs...and vast objectives..does make the exam to difficult.
see you guys..round there

Congrats Patrick!

We're glad the book helped.
